The swivel spout on the kitchen tap leaks. What can I do?

If water leaks in the swivel area once the tap is turned on, you will need to replace the seals on the swivel spout. You can find information about spare parts in our spare parts catalogue, where you can enter the article number in the search field in the top right corner of the page. You can then order the necessary spare part via a dealer near you. Alternatively, you can send us a message with your concerns and photos of your tap online via our contact form.

Only a small amount of water is running through the pull-out kitchen tap. What can I do?

Between the pull-out hose and pull-out spray head there is a little filter screen, pushed into the pull-out hose connection fitting. Remove this using a pointed object, clean it and re-insert it. You can also use the angle valves to check and regulate the water delivery.

The two spray types converge in the pull-out kitchen tap. How can I solve this problem?

In this instance, the entire pull-out spray will need to be replaced as it is not possible to repair the pull-out spray. You will find the correct spare parts number for the pull-out spray in the installation manual that came with the product.

How can a hansgrohe kitchen tap be fitted and tilted in front of a window?

Hold the tap’s base set (IMPORTANT: not the spout!), pull it upwards, and lay the tap on its side on the worktop (on a cloth or similar).
